Concur. It was in December of 2016 when I heard Elijah Cummings spell out very plainly and calmly that there was intelligence that Drumpf sabotaged the 2016 election. After he made his introductory statement, he added, “Let that sink in”.

And that was when I began to hope that Drumpf could be stopped.

Cummings (and, in fact, ALL legislators) have a constitutional duty to perform the oversight to which Cummings is referring.
