A whole new industry here in the USA.

  1. Find a small, deserted out-of-the-way town
  2. Establish a prison
  3. Provide minimal, low cost care to the inmates
  4. Employ local people in need of jobs who will be thrilled and supportive of the new jobs
  5. Keep gathering people to imprison –
  6. Charge full fare to the gov’t agencies
  7. Collect enormous profits
