At any rate, receiving classified material is not a crime, and, as it was not marked as classified or suspected to be classified, it is not a crime to treat it as unclassified.

When she was asked to turn over her email server, she refused, despite being used for official government mail. Only after it was wiped did she capitulate and do so. How about destruction of government property? How about any crime anywhere while she represented the United States? By the way, you’re a real condescending prick. Is it so hard for you to have a civil discussion without being dismissive of an opinion or question you don’t agree with?
“Classified information was in Hillary Clinton’s email” is not even remotely close to “Hillary Clinton knowingly sent or received classified information.” There is literally nothing to indicate that Hillary herself did anything illegal.
You do realize, don’t you, that the reason people are making a fuss is that the server was not a government server, and so was not government property?
If I sound condescending, it is because I am dealing with somebody who created an account on TPM to say that there was a lot of evidence of Clinton’s guilt, but is still unable to come up with some crime to apply that “guilt” to.

Perhaps I created the account because I have been reading stories on here as well as people’s comments for several months and decided to create an account and contribute my thoughts. Is it burdensome to know everything about someone you don’t know at all? I can’t imagine that. Maybe you aren’t right about everything or even me, as tough as they may be for you to understand. I have opinions the same as you. It’s okay to not know everything and be wrong sometimes. It’s one way we evolve. If I’m wrong about Hillary, I have no problem admitting it. I’ve been wrong before and will be wrong again. But neither of has all the facts of this. So, I’m presenting what I’ve heard and read as possible. You, not having all the facts have completely dismissed any possibility of wrong doing.
The ONLY reason people are making a fuss is because the server was not government property? I’ve heard and read quite a bit how she had official government communications on that server, it wasn’t just letters to Bill and Chelsea. So your assumption is wrong.
