Discussion for article #237351
Our country has been taken over by charlatans, and con artists, their comeuppance is at hand!
There’s certainly a pattern emerging here…
Okay…now I’m starting to get really creeped out by Huckabee. Something just seems really wrong when you see something like this- just how many molesters has Huckabee hung out with?
My gosh, what’s going on here? This sounds like the darkest, fringe UFO conspiracy of conspiracies web stuff. Putting aside the zombie Reagan jokes is there a zombie Atwater or could there be some flame amidst this smoke?
Huckabee was only an extreme longshot to get the nomination to begin with, and this, in combination with the Duggar story, will kill whatever tiny chance he had.
He’s toast.
Call me crazy, but I’m starting to think there may be a pattern here.
You beat me to it!
“A 2012 Nashville, Tennessee police investigation into Perry determined that allegations of “sexual battery” of a female victim between the ages of 11 and 14 were “sustained,” department spokesman Don Aaron told BuzzFeed News. Aaron told the news site that the statute of limitations on the offense had already expired by that time, though.”
Unless the statement above is complete fiction—there was no 2012 investigation in Nashville, there is nobody named Don Aaron, etc. etc. —this doesn’t appear to be a nutty conspiracy but an unfortunate fact.
One of the biggest charlatans in U.S. history was L. Ron Hubbard. Doesn’t appear as though he ever got any kind of comeuppance.
Birds of a feather plot together. Huck-a-biatch defended the Duggar Bugger, and now we see his co-author was also an accused molester. Methinks there are some bony specimens in the Huckster’s closet.
Huckabee: Fat. On. The. Fire.
The titles of the two books are “Character Is the Issue” and “Do the Right Thing”? These guys owe me an irony meter, because the needle on mine just jumped right out of the box and ran down the street screaming at the top of its lungs.
Maybe Huck will need his own hour at the first debate.
Doubt if he’ll make it that far now.
Response from the Governor’s office:
Someone has to be stand up for those child molesters in this country who are a small minority and Gov Huckabee is proud to be friends with a lot of them. Governor considers this a first amendment issue and will forever defend the rights of this group to molest as many children as they want.
It’ll be interesting to see if the defenders of liberty ? at( faux news ?) will touch (pun intended) this story.
Brings to mind another individual who, I am sure, got bible-thumper Huckabee’s attention in the past.
Pontius Pilate: whose philosophy could well be visualized by the popular song:
“Call Me Irresponsible”
There most definitely is. No wonder he was so soft on the Duggar perp and his parents.
One can judge a person’s character by the company they keep. So true. So true.
