He can argue Trump alienates women.

Because a sense of irony is a commie value.

The GOP deserves everything it gets. They brought this on themselves. I believe in the Law of Attraction. Whatever kind of piss ass results they get, they will have dug that hole themselves. If they stay out in the wilderness forever, I won’t shed a tear.

How long have you had your head in the sand? We’ve already had four that we know of for certain.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich – as he often reminds voters on the trail – is the only candidate left in the race who consistently shows he can beat Clinton in the general.

I really detest the way the beltway stenographer corps conflates polls with votes. I understand why Kasich does this - he’s really got nothing else. But the stenographers are just demonstrating how lazy they are (something we already knew, so completely unnecessary).

The only reason Kasich polls as beating Clinton is that he’s completely unknown outside of Ohio, whereas Clinton has been subjected to nationally broadcast propaganda for the last 25 years.

Once people get to know John Kasich they won’t like him…

Republicans deserve this, not only because of what they attract, but because of what they are. This has been in the making since Nixon, with a yuuuuge advance and enhancement by Reagan. Look at the House, full of unsavory characters with evil intents and makeup. Trump said it outloud and we are outraged; Cruz embodies it in its extreme and the creepiness repels us.

And Kasich can’t even win Ohio when Democrats come out to vote in the numbers they do in presidential years.

That’s why Cruz is despised by so many.

The choice over there is a narcissist Vs a narcissist…and liar Vs liar.

What would a Tonald Drump cabinet look like? AND what would a Cruz cabinet look like? Can Canadian citizens serve on the President’s cabinet? Cruz will probably go there. Can Russians serve on the President’s cabinet? Drumpf will probably go there.

Is Bernie the only real deal and authentic human in this primary election? You bet he is.

Yeah, it’s funny, I’ve not heard a peep out of trout-shouldered Ted’s campaign since their NY ass whupping. Strange….

Because he’s Ted Cruz. Don’t you people understand? He. Is. Ted. Cruz. Period. End of discussion. He should be president because he is Ted Cruz and Ted Cruz should be president. Because who wouldn’t want the most intelligent, most perspicacious, most brilliant, yet most modest man in the history of humankind to be president? And that person is, of course, Ted Cruz. The idea that the number of votes is somehow relevant to this argument is typical liberal insanity.

Kasich is being silly. If you can’t win in the spring then you can’t win in the fall, simple as that.

Just because a system is working as intended doesn’t mean the system isn’t rigged. When Republican “anti-Voter Fraud” legislation prevents Democrats from voting it is working as intended, that doesn’t mean it isn’t rigging the system.

And yeah, Cruz can certainly use the rules to pull off a technical win over Trump, but that doesn’t do him a lick of good if it causes pissed off Trump supporters to split the party. This isn’t one of those officiated forensic debates he has so much experience with, a technical win isn’t as good as an actual win. Winning the primary on technicalities won’t do shit for him in the general if he can’t actually win the support of his primary opponents supporters.

Nowhere in America would this be an acceptable outcome. Whether it’s the Democratic Party or the Republican one, a majority of voters in either party would reject the person who didn’t get the most votes and didn’t even win the most delegates being installed by the party bosses as their nominee. Would Democrats be OK with Jim Webb being anointed as our nominee? It doesn’t matter what the rules state or what was done several decades ago. The system we’ve come to know is one in which voters decide who will be their nominee. That’s the system with which we’re comfortable and that’s the system we’ve come to see as fair and just. We’re dealing with human beings, not robots, and there’s simply no argument about party discretion that’s going to satisfy the majority, and rightfully so.

copyedit grammar quibble:

“which did not worked”

What primary voters have done is used Trump to create a third party candidate within the Republican Party. I’m still gonna vote for Trump, but not for any other Republican. All my down ballot votes will be Democratic. Unless there’s an independent who makes a good case for being elected. I think Trump will work better with a Democratically controlled Congress. I think they can make deals with him for Supreme Court nominations. I think he’s right on closed borders and illegal immigration. Why would any American think open borders are OK? It doesn’t make sense. It’s almost as if they are choosing a mindless counter culture argument just for the sake of it.
Why did Democrats create a program like the ACA when they could have just as easily began the health care debate by lowering the age of Medicare to 55 and then gradually continue to lower it. Why? We had the Congress. Why didn’t Congress ever have Obama’s back? They left him dangling so many times I lost all respect for them. I could understand the inherent racism of the R’s, but the Dems disappointed me with this. Of course their constituents are just as much to blame, being more interested in fringe cultural issues and political correctness and not in the basic fundamentals of a strong and healthy country. Jobs, infrastructure, illegal immigration and security and getting rid of and controlling a corrupt police force.

Wow – ladies and gentlemen, I think we may have some actual Ted Cruz supporters in this thread. Greetings, Lizard-People – welcome to Earth!

C-Section Born Cruz’s Wisconsin win was hyped by the mainstream media and Mitch McConnell.

The Kochtopuses, corporate kleptocrats, RNC and the vampire squid should have spent more money in New York to help Cruz win 30-40 delegates.
