Rosensteinâs handling of the surveillance of Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. The main complaints in the first three articles of impeachment specifically relate to the use of the Christopher Steele dossier to obtain a FISA court warrant to surveil Page.
Wait - didnât they already get all of this info? What about the Release The Memo memo? I thought that memo was clear evidence of deep state democratic socialist Marxist evil stuff? Why would they need this? Itâs almost like a) the Release the Memo memo was bullshit, and b) this is a political WitCh HuNt meant to obstruct the Russia probe. But no, Iâm sure itâs not that. Itâs not like the members of the freedumb caucus are sociopathic maniacs or anything.
The document also claims that Rosenstein âknowingly provided misleading statementsâ to Congress about the work the federal government did to probe Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to the Post.

This is just so dumb. Yes, Iâm sure it plays well in rural Ohio and other heavily gerrymandered areas, but those arenât the only Republicans who need to get re-elected. If youâre running in somewhat sane America this doesnât help you at all. It only further ties you to the corruption. Itâs spectacularly selfish to proceed with this because itâs not going anywhere and it only makes it tougher for Republicans to hang onto control. Please proceed, idiots.

The effort has been led by Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC), a Trump ally who confirmed the existence of the document and told the Post that many of his conservative colleagues are at at their wits end with Rosenstein and what they see as the Justice Department dragging its feet in the release of documents.
What more can these good countrymen perform in service to the Constitution, Liberty, and Trump? Shall they now lay down their office in protest?! Yes, we say!

Really donât think âassholeâ or âchuckleheadâ conveys the gravity of whatâs going on here. When I refer to them as the House Treason Caucus, Iâm not just being snarky. It really does look to me as if a lot of these people are trying to find out what DoJ knows about Russian penetration of Republicans in Congress.
