-Snopes has this as “mixed” since some of the emails were recovered, but it truly is a joke that private servers were used (including RNC server(s) with the expressed purpose of circumventing the archive act). Remarkable this is not brought up more often.

The Secretary of State using a private e-mail server whose existence is unknown to Edward Snowden and Bradley Manning; or
The FBI director allowing Vladimir Putin to wage cyberwar to place a weaponized lunatic in the White House?
