More issues than the National Geographic Society, that one.

Good grief, even within the context of the GOP, this guy stands out as an idiot.

Sevier argued in the complaint that “‘homosexuality’ and other forms of self-asserted sex-based identity narratives are a ‘religion'” and that the flags symbolized the “homosexual denomination.”

What a maroon.

I think he thought it was one of Melancholia’s schmattas.

A religion? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Cracks me up. Reminds me of the idiots who claim atheism and secularism are religions so they can argue that “all this stuff like not saying God in public schools is in fact the government imposing a religion on my children blah blah yackity shmackity…”…or when racist southerners attempted to create a massive movement claiming that their racism was a religiously mandated belief system in hopes of escaping desegregation laws, etc.

I have to chalk it up to more Dunning-Kruegerism. Imbeciles like this lawyer think they’re the smartest people in the room at any given moment and that they’ve magicked up a hugely clever way of beating the system that nobody’s ever thought of. Well, the latter part may be true…nobody’s ever thought of it or they at least rejected it if they did…BECAUSE IT’S SO GLARINGLY FUCKING STUPID.

Shouldn’t that be “they decide to build a big gay church, they can be tax exempt.”

He had no idea what it was – he would show off a pile of shit if it said “manure for Trump”

Bhut bhut bhut frivolous lawsuits! Tort reform!

Later on I’ll have to check to see if this doofus has been honored yet with his own entry on the Encyclopedia of American Loons.

Maybe the judge will award legal fees over this idiotic lawsuit. I think if they whack him with a six figure legal bill, his attitude might improve.

On a whim I checked out the Log Cabin Republicans site. They took the blue pills.

The mind boggles. Just what does this say about how he sees his wife?

Funny how the marriage defenders seem to have the most horrid & objectifying view of their own life partners…

I’d go with mental illness, at least with today’s Republicans.

Interesting legal history…

Metro police have arrested a man accused of stalking country music singer John Rich and his family…36-year-old Mark Christopher Sevier…family is concerned after a photo was e-mailed to the singer despite the restraining order that is in place. The photo shows Sevier wearing little clothing and draped in an American flag with what appears to be blood covering his body…one of Sevier’s emails referenced “your infant sons.”

Had not heard of that before–looked it up. Fascinatingly repellent stuff!

Who is funding this quixotic quest? This loon must be getting some kind of wingnut welfare if he’s got this going in multiple states. Faith and Freedom Law Center, maybe?!

The judge should declare him a vexatious litigant.
