I am not sure, this has been thought through completely. The last time CO2 levels exceeded 400 ppm ocean levels were dramatically higher. And predictions are for more than double that by 2100. Seems the crisis has arrived. Future generations are toast.
But Ben Carson and Ted Cruz say the world is getting colder and actually cooling. Could it be that all these poele around the globe are wrong and Ben is right about this, because you know Ben is known for thinking things through.
