That was my first thought - a controlled fire that everyone can gather 'round to witness, then a common use for the land.

The bank wants it off the books.
No one will buy obviously.
Perhaps some good can come from this place
where evil once lurked within.
Still cannot fathom ‘how’ or ‘why’.
