What happened to @antisachetdethe?

This has to be one of those instances where we’ll find out he’s actually serious in saying HE provided the responses.

Anyone familiar with transcripts or videos of Toad being deposed in any of the literally THOUSANDS of court cases he and his org have been involved in over the last close to have century, will know that he NEVER actually answers a question but instead he blathers on about his feelings, or fills up space to evade the questions, or actively obstructs and in any event constantly obfuscates.

The questions come from a truly great legal team. We can fully expect that they are direct and plain and go entirely to some discrete fact, an action or something said in a meeting or a phone call. Anyone involved in depositions knows that these sorts of questions are NIGHTMARES for the witnesses’ attorneys, because there’s just no place to hide. If the attorney pipes up with objection, she or he knows some judge will punish that, possibly severely - the LAWYER will bear the punishment. So the question has to be fielded by the client.

Toad is actually far from unique in being a client who, as a witness deposed in a legal proceeding, simply will not answer a question that goes to any fact, with an answer that’s framed as such. Every attorney whose deposed even just a few party witnesses runs into this type. Some of them are very ‘good’ at it, accomplished at bobbing and weaving. Most who try it do very poorly at it and get caught out and punished in some way in the context of the case. But SOME of those with the inclination to respond this way are actually so practiced at it, or have so much power, or money, or standing, or celebrity, and gain so much experience at doing it, it becomes like breathing in and out.

So, if your Toad’s attorney, and you cannot find any way to evade a set of questions, and the answers that your oath to the court binds you to, limits you to, then is represented in draft form to Toad, WITH your advice that these answers as so framed may have, SHOULD have, dire consequences for him as president and personally, how do YOU think Toad will respond?

He’ll realize he not only cannot answer the questions truthfully, but cannot answer them AT ALL, and that his attorneys can’t help him at this - he’s got to do this himself. Blather. Obstruct. Obfuscate. Skate. Evade. Decline, Refuse, and if all else fails, then … LIE. Doesn’t matter how plain and obvious the lie, just lie.

And make it clear you’ve left your attorneys completely out of this. That way they’\re not subject to being questioned around the client-attorney privilege and will keep their mouths shut.

Trump treats questions like a game show …

I’d say that’s one of Trump’s school papers but the math level is way too high.

And no juvenile comments on the woman’s appearance. Trumpp definitely hired someone else to answer the question (but never paid for the work).

As I understand it someone got personally insulting to him and he decided to take a break.

I have noticed the decline in indictments since he left. :smirk: However, I still miss his trenchant comments and slightly skewed take on the world.
