Unfortunately, if they end this say, next week, the GOP (and the Bernie-or-Busters) will cry foul. As we all know, they would anyway, but it gives them a bit more of a soapbox to stand on.

The thing is, the GOP makes up the material out of whole cloth. If it wasnât this, theyâd make up something else out of some other totally innocent act or phrase. There is no way to foresee what kind of hay the GOP will manufacture. Short of keeping everybody in a cage, totally isolated from every human being, this will absolutely happen again. Itâs what the VRWC does and have been doing for decades.
The key, of course, is to push back hard against the journos who peddle their crap. But Dems have never been able to do that effectively because they are so busy wringing their hands and falling into the trap every. âŚsingle. âŚtime.
Thatâs how they get away with it. Because it works, and the Dems are helpless noobs. Of course, the journos love it cuz it gives them sparkly material to publish, risk free.
