Is the copy correct on Hannity’s speech? I didn’t watch the video (and I have no plans to), but if the copy is correct, that last sentence is a real doozy. The grammatically correct statement should be:

And as somebody who’s been a marksman since I’m I was 11 years old, protecting our Second Amendment rights are is paramount to me.
Given it's Hannity and Trump we're talking about, I can't rule out the possibility that he did screw up the words and no one caught it.
