High fives all around for the war criminals.

What’s next, a parade?

offensive much?

The title of the piece strikes me as wrong because as far as I know this was a prisoner exchange and not a “rescue” operation of any kind. Did I miss something?

Classic American myopia.

We invade and occupy a sovereign nation (two actually), for more than a decade, kill thousands of its innocent civilians (in the pursuit of a bus load of terrorists) and you’re offended by my calling these soldiers war criminals? I’m sure I can find tens of thousands of Afghans who would agree with me.

They do count don’t they - you know - those people?

That was my take too. It was a misleading headline maybe TPM is turning into HuffPost.

One never know which Darcy will show up and today it’s the Darcy off his meds.

Maybe!!

Hey, I didn’t criticize your president, so why even comment. That’s fine but please, provide some content. Come on chammy, respond:

“They do count don’t they - you know - those people?”

EDIT: chammy?

Great job team! This a great day for America, and an even greater day for Sgt. Bergdahl and his family!

Of course, there are dirty-dog, anti-American seditionists that are calling this treason, or yelling crazy, stupid things, like calling our U.S. military men and women and commanders war criminals.

We can all be grateful for the rescue of Sgt. Bergdahl–all of us except, rabid, mouth-foaming extremist ideologues…and we all know who they are.

I agree with you 100% Darcy.

It is definitely a rescue in the broader sense of the word.
