Discussion for article #226992
Sick bastard; poor kids.
I, for one, will not use this as an excuse to target all gun nuts, as I’m sure that they are not all like this guy and Ted Nugent.
I try to be fair.
The Discovery Channel broadcasts nothing but shit anymore.
An email request for information from the company was not immediately answered.
I probably wouldn’t call or email you back either, much less “immediately” . Just sayin’.
… and aggravated crime against nature …
WTF, O??
From Wikipedia:
The crime against nature or unnatural act has been a legal term in English-speaking states for forms of sexual behavior not considered natural and seen as punishable offenses.[1] Sexual practices that have historically been considered to be “crimes against nature” include anal sex[2] and bestiality.[3]
This current victim can’t possibly be his first. Makes you wonder how Stephanie’s childhood was growing up with him.
“… and aggravated crime against nature charges…” We really need that charge used much more frequently and in many more venues. I’m sure the prosecutors can creatively apply it.

A Red Jacket Firearms spokesman was quoted as saying, “We’ve got no problem with children being shot every day in this country, but we draw the line at rape. Unless you shoot them immediately afterwards.”
It is with heavy heart that the company severs its ties?
Did I miss something in that statement about the victim?
Hate to generalize, but the compassion of the gun industry is on full display here. Quick give another 9 year old an uzi, but then put Wayne LaPierre next to her, and see how that works out.
Ahhh, “Ammo-Sexuals”.
Lowering the Bar for all humanity on a daily basis.
…and A&E, And TLC and History…
Though they occasionally air something that takes a bit of intelligence…
But Shit sells …to dum basses.
Not true! The Discovery Channel only mostly broadcasts nothing but shit anymore.
I think you’re thinking of sister channel TLC. Formerly “The Learning Channel,” they dropped the “he,” “earning” and “hannel” from the name, added Honey Boo Boo (whatever the hell that is) and switched to a 100% pure reeking shit 100% of the time format.
Considering the almost daily nature of the crime, this girl has to be someone very close to Hayden, probably a relative.
The Washington Times says the victim is his younger daughter.
Actually, that may have been true at common law, but in states that still have a crime called “crime against nature” on the books, it applies to oral sex and anal sex between consenting adults and has been deemed unconstitutional since Lawrence v. Texas in 2003. “Aggravated” crime against nature would mean “oral or anal sex with a child or non-consenting adult.”
Most states with a civilized penal code don’t distinguish between sex acts in their criminal statutes. All are “sexual assault” in some degree, depending on the circumstances. But we are, of course, talking about Louisiana. (I shouldn’t sneer. NC still has a 1700’s vintage statute specifying the penalty for “the abominable crime against nature,” that specifies the penalty but not the elements of the crime (leaving that to common law because, horrors, you can’t expect legislators to talk about such things).
As far as I know, every state has a law making beastiality a a separate crime.
when there are indictments, it almost always

He didn’t become a pedophile at 49. Every underage child he’s ever had recurring contact with is a probable victim.
I believe in karma, but it’s just too slow sometimes.
So refresh my memory on how I identify a good guy with a gun vs a bad guy with a gun?
I watched an episode where one of the employees was hot for the daughter, but old Will wouldn’t have it. Maybe this explains why.
His daughter (another daughter) owns the business.
Ah, bestiality, the love that dare not bark its name.
We support killing and maiming children and adults, but we draw the line at sexual abuse.
