Hang in there, Sir. Your Party needs you.
Weakness = Death!

Note to self: Avoid an association with a blackmailing rapist, even if political opponents suggest I should avoid an association with a blackmailing rapist.

I have to wonder if Kubler-Ross and the 5 stages of grief applies to Sociopaths and Narcissistic Sex Criminals. I’d guess the stage of denial, at least, is universal.

The only person more deserving of this level of vitriolic comment is Trump. Non-GOP Missouri residents are experiencing what John Elrichmann was referring to when he said of one of Nixon’s enemies:“Let him twist slowly in the wind”.

The governor filed a restraining order against the attorney general this week, accusing Hawley of prejudging his guilt in the blackmail matter. He also fired off a dismissive statement calling Hawley “better at press conferences than the law.”

This one’s gonna be fun to watch, no doubt. Hang in there Governor, you’re innocent, I’m sure!! You’ll show em! After all, it’s the “Show me” State.

The 5th stage with a sociopath like Greitens is you’re dead.

This guy sounds like someone else in the GOP who is dragging the party down.

Please proceed.

Republicans sure seem to have embraced the idea that people prefer a ribald reality show over boring CSPAN, and after November 2016 who can blame them? Hopefully voters realize the difference in November 2018.
… Republicans worry that the longer Greitens spends firing off
defensive tweets and huddling with his defense lawyers, the more it will
split their party and demoralize Republican voters, dooming the party’s
chances in the November midterms. … “They’re not talking about efforts to lower taxes
in the state, trying to improve education. Instead everything that’s on
TV is about deviant sexual activity, assault, coerced sexual acts. It’s
not good.”
Just substitute “Trump” for “Greitens”.

Because honor, propriety, virtue, morality, decency, Christianity are not real things to Republicans. The Republican goal is money and power.

Theirs and Greiten’s ends justify the means, and the means leaves a lot of room for dalliances of all kinds.

“If he is allowed to linger in the Governor’s Mansion, I think it will have a catastrophic impact on Republican elections this fall.”

Works for me!

You never expect asswipes like this to do you any favors but Greitens may be the best Repug gift to the Democrats since Todd Akin and Greitens may have a much larger impact on other elections. I don’t understand why it takes such extreme criminal behavior on their part for at least some of the public to see what the Repug party has become. But, I agree, hang on baby, don’t let them push you around.

Is he really dragging them down, or is he simply showing what they really have sunk to? That will be a good campaign tactic going forward. Even better when Trump supports him.

Sounds like he has trumps little defense play book in his pocket.
Keep screaming till you can’t be heard anymore because you went way way down deep into the oblivion hole.

He isn’t dragging the party down enough.

Maybe Hawley was tentative in dealing with Grietans because he has his own scandal, similar to Hastert slow rolling the Foley matter.
