Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein says she’s working with North Dakota authorities to arrange a court date on charges related to her participation in a protest against the Dakota Access pipeline.
I’d agree that Stein isn’t a credible candidate for a number of reasons, but you seem to have missed the point of the article.
The tribe says the pipeline threatens sacred sites and drinking water.
Actually the tribes say the pipeline company have already destroyed several miles of sacred sites and burial grounds in an attempt to make it a fait accompli before any injunctions can come down.
