Mmmmmm, hot French Manila Folders with generic Sweet 'n Low…yummy. But, like Grassley’s position, hard to chew.

So much for disregarding the People who have already voted for President Obama twice.

Did Garland have to tip Grassley?

Garland probably had to leave the tip as well as pay the tab… you know… Republican fiscal responsibility…

Derelict Senator Grassley would vote in a NY second to confirm impeachment of President Obama for refusing his Constitutional duty.

Let’s talk about the people’s voice. Grassley was last elected in 2010 with 718,000 votes. Obama was last elected in 2012 with 66 Million votes. More people voted for Obama in a single election than have voted for Grassley in his entire life.

Who represents the people’s voice?

I must have missed the “…with the advice and consent of the American electorate…” Clause in the Constitution.

Unless GrASSley is referring to the ISIS Constitution?

Here in America, we follow the American one, Senator GrASSley.

That breakfast looks awful. Not even coffee.

If staff doesn’t keep an eye on him, Grassley can chew through a ream of generic Sweet 'n Low packets and typing paper before 2nd breakfast.

TPM:

“Had pleasant bfast w Judge Garland this morning. Explained why the Senate won’t be moving fwd w his nomination. Next prez will decide after the ppl have a voice,” the Senate Judiciary Committee chair wrote in the post.

Given that the people already had a voice and twice chose Barack Obama as the man they want making Supreme Court picks, what you really mean, Sen. Grassley, is when the people make a choice you like.

But I have news for you: The American People aren’t electing another Republican president until somewhere between 2028 and 2036, if then. Since you’re 82 years old, Chuck, I don’t think you’ll be living long enough to see it.

In 2000, Al Gore won the popular vote by about 1 million votes - does Chuck Grassley believe Al Gore should have been President on the power of the voice of the people? Or, does he agree that the 9th and deciding vote by the SCOTUS was the appropriate way to select the President?

Exiting out a back hallway…says it all.

I’m just surprised he didn’t have a series of tunnels leading from the toilet pre-placed like El Chapo to make his awkward escape.

Then why meet with the guy, you dumb asshole? No one gives a shit about your photo-op in an attempt to save your pathetic political career. Sorry, cornhole…that just won’t wash. Iowans need to put Grassley out to pasture.
