Could the good people of that grand jury now please take a look at this situation over yonder at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge?

It’s rare I think. It’s absolutely great too

Especially not every day that a Republican, appointed to the job by pRick Perry, is that DA.

Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving bunch of lying scumbags.

Hope they enjoy the gutter.

It’s an AP piece. I thought the same thing because it’s a very understandable mistake.

Her husband was DA. He died in office. pRick appointed her to fill out his term. She ran for election on her own a year later and won.

Glad this came about, but unless it gets as much coverage by the media as the original video did, not much will change. Maybe they could ask Fiorina to respond to this, to get the ball rolling on the long overdue apologies.

Talk about unintended consequences. hahahaha They start out looking for something for which to indict Planned Parenthood and end up indicting the lying liars from the anti-choice crusade. This is excellent.

I think the most likely thing to happen vis-a-vis Fox is that they run a line in the chyron that says “felony indictment in Planned Parenthood baby parts case” and then never address it in their newscast.

I hope the National News folks cover this.

More detailed coverage in the Chronicle.

What’s even funnier? The Grand Jury was investigating PP and indicted these 2 instead.

A Harris County grand jury investigating allegations that a Planned Parenthood clinic in Houston illegally sold the tissue of aborted fetuses has cleared the organization of wrongdoing and instead indicted two anti-abortion activists behind the undercover videos that sparked the probe.

From the Chronicle article:

“The second indictment for Daleiden suggests that the grand jury found that he went too far in trying to get Planned Parenthood to admit to selling tissue. The crime, a class A misdemeanor is committed if a person intentionally offers to buy or offers to sell a human organ, including fetal tissue. If convicted, the maximum punishment is a year in jail.”

Seems that offering to buy is as much a crime as an offer to sell.
