Not at all. His actions so far are in line with the Statutes. He’s allowed to move money under the law, just has to tell Congress where it’s coming from. There’s a decent chance he could win this in the Supremes, because the law is poorly written.
So it’s extremely good to be attacking him on what that money would have meant to all the different projects and people out there.
