Well, lets follow up with the ye olde weather poodle today! Looks like a blustery day coming up as the winds change. That ol weather vane is still swinging faster than a go-go girl at a Republican Convention after party. Round and round it goes.

Why does he say everyone knows it would be the end of his Presidency if he did that? I most certainly don’t know that. Someone should ask Graham to walk us through that scenario because I find it impossible to believe this Republican Congress will do anything.

I’d be glad if someone would give me a million dollars. Or even a much smaller sum.

As I’ve said out here before, If your grandmother had roller skates, she’d be a trolley car.

Graham said that he sees “no evidence that President Trump wants to fire Mr. Mueller now.”

First of all, Graham is in no position to know this. Secondly, it’s already happened once. And that’s one time to many. If it happens again, Congress is the fool.

This is like if a prowler came through your house once and took nothing of value, would you really do nothing to prevent that from occurring again?

Lindsey Graham, “Ah am happy to blow smoke as the situation presents itself.”

I can’t get over the fact that people in certain quarters actually respect this guy…

Hey Lindsaay, FU! You and your gang are so full of shit. If Trump tried to fire Mueller, you’d run and hide. Our never to be seen or heard from since taking office Sen Tillis tried and put this legislation together about 6-12 months ago. Democrats here in NC were impressed. But of course it died.

Obviously it’s one of the days of the week when he does his high-minded statesman schtick. But the clock hands will go round and the sun will come up on a base-pandering day and he’ll pander to the base. You see a thing happen for years and years and you become pretty certain it’ll continue.

Can someone please duct tape a long fence post to Lindsey’s back, in lieu of an actual spine?

He does blow so in the wind…

“I’ve got legislation protecting Mr. Mueller, and I’ll be glad to pass it tomorrow,” Graham said.

Kevin McCarthy: “Thanks, Lindsey, but I’d rather pass a kidney stone.”

Graham said that he sees “no evidence that President Trump wants to fire Mr. Mueller…”

Says the guy who actually believed that he was going to be our next President.

Lindsey must have taken his “reasonable” pill this morning - and worn his “reasonable” makeup (for the TV show, of course).

OK, Blanche Du Graham: tell McConnell that you and a few other GOP Senators ( like Media Moderate Superhero Susan Complicit Collins) that also say they don’t want to see Mueller fired that you will join with the Dems and all vote against ANY GOP legislation until a bill is voted on to protect the Mueller investigation. Go ahead, Lindzers. Show us that your spine isn’t made out of Smucker’s grape jelly.
Oh, and OT as all fucking hell, but so deliciously typical of this demonic Trump spawn. Princess Ivanka felt “uncomfortable”, so she invoked her “Divine Right of Kings”:

This is a “President” you can’t even trust with your cellphone number. Remember that, Lindsay?

A President you can’t trust with a private cellphone number is a President you can’t trust with intelligence secrets.

Everybody seems to be reacting to Lindsey’s statement as if they were the intended audience and he was speaking to them. My immediate reaction to this was that he’s signaling to Donnie and the “Gang That Couldn’t Cheat Straight”.

For all his odiousness and general incompetence Donnie does have one accomplishment under his belt - so far he has prevented the widely anticipated fracturing of the GOP. A combination of fear of Donnie’s base, and fear of the consequences of the true scale of Russiagate being revealed has allowed the crazy wing to keep things together. I think Graham is finally trying to draw a line in the sand.

Now, if we apply Marshall’s Razor (i.e. “Republicans Always Fold”), we’ll conclude that he won’t follow through on his threat, so we end up back in the same dreaded state we were in before, but my theory does at least hint at the fact that Donnie and his gang are really churning the waters for everyone, not just liberals…
