Hmm what’s the evidence Sapiov could give about ISIS that we don’t already know? Did he travel outside the US in the ISIS years? What the conviction rate of enemy combatants at GITMO, 8 and 4 over turned. The last person locked up at GITMO was the second highest ranked lawyer in the Marine Corps.
Mr. Graham ISIS is little like Trump, they both say a lot of things but we can watch what they are doing. ISIS is losing territory, ISIS’s plan of a caliphate is almost destroyed, and GITMO is seen as a recruiting tool. Do you want a conviction or do you want to seem to be doing something?
