Discussion: Graham: Congress Should Vote Against Obama's Iran Deal So He Can Veto It

Discussion for article #240301

They know this is passing. They know they can’t stop it, so they are making hay with the crazy people. They can’t keep this deal from happening, but they are playing with fire, long term.

Hopefully, the next President will have a solid Democratic majority in the Senate which will reaffirm this deal.

In fact, they didn’t WANT to stop this deal, which is why they went for the reverse, backwards, double pike approval system. They KNOW the world needs it.

Fight! Fight!
I’m so looking forward to the next GOTP debate! Do the candidates plan to study up on what’s actually in the accord before debate night, or will they focus-group catch phrases and keep making stuff up? Will Trump come out in favor of winning an all-out war? Does Huck think it’s all about the End Times? Will Kasich try to find a middle ground? Can Cruz find the right sneer and condescending tone of voice to finally get across his superiority to everyone else on stage?

And the next President will have a better opportunity to get us a better deal

Well, that’s certainly a pipe dream… the pipe is clearly filled with crack.

Hey, talk to your fellow GOP candidate Ted Cruz and nominal Speaker of the House who is leading the cargo to derail a vote.

This is how crazy the Repugs are.

They love UK PM David Cameron.

The UK just reopened an embassy in Tehran.

That’s the Conservative Party led UK, not China or Russia.

And they think the next president of either party can get a better deal?

They are psychotic…or psychotically cynical.

austin dave: congressional machinations are so confusing. you almost need sarah palin to explain them to you in good, old fashioned american.
