As of today, I wish gorsuch a very short life. I hope Senator Traitor (R-KY) a long wasting illness that robs him of speech & movement and that will only be a downpayment on the retribution he has earned over the past 10 years. Yes, that’s cruel and malicious, but karma is punishing me every day w/ this plague of republicans, and gorsuch will make that much more painful, so what do I have to lose?

Neil Gorsuch is a carpetbagging thief and an illegitimate justice . Any ruling he casts a deciding vote on is illegitimate as well.

Which is one reason why I think for all that Flake argued they won’t use the nuclear option for legislation, that won’t last for very long and they’ll pass just about everything sent to them from this point on.

I too lack confidence when it comes to retaking the Senate. Hope for the best, expect the worst there, I suppose. But our values are superior to theirs, there are more of us than there are of them, and we can hope and push and donate and do what it takes to make those fuc#ers have to scramble to hold their seats and to make them hear footsteps.
We whiffed on the Senate this year and it is killing us. But 2018 is already underway.

Now that the Republicans got what the wanted from Trump, control of the Supreme Court, they will now start to turn on Trump and not all that slowly.
Republicans aren’t the only people who refuse to take personal responsibility for their failures.
Hillary lost for a lot of reasons, many related to her campaign’s failure to actually, you know, campaign in Wisconsin, Michigan and a couple of other very close states.
I seriously doubt progressives cost Hillary the election all by themselves, but it is nice to know that you think they are sooooooooo powerful. Maybe next time you won’t take them for granted.

They don’t have control of the Supreme Court just yet. That still hangs in the balance. Once Ginsberg or another liberal leaves then we can gnash our teeth and pray for an elevation conversion a la Earl Warren.
