Other sources beside Wiki and Brietbart? Maybe true, but no free pass for those sources.

Why is he here?

Even by the standards of cartoon villainy Gorka is in a class all of his own. He looks and sounds like a 1930’s Balkan commissar straight out of HergĆ©.

I believe Gorka. I believe he doesn’t see it. I’m an older white man and racial discrimination doesn’t affect me either. Of course I’ve had African American friends and I have listened to them. Mr Gorka should try it. And he can read, if he wants to. Tell Mr Gorka to ask his black friends about the phrase, ā€œStopped while driving black.ā€ and see what they say. That would just be the start.

I say let’s drive this boy down to Mississippi and then maybe over to Alabamy, Georgia, and up through the Carolinas. See you can see it more when you are on the ground and not just flying over.

1). Gorka does not have a clue as to what American values are.

2). I have a sneaking conviction that what he meant to say is that you can have whatever values you want just as long as they are entirely like mine.
