Discussion: Gorka Calls Khashoggi An 'Apologist For Jihadists,' Wasn't A 'Champion For Democracy'

Wake me up when we’re done…

Gorka is now a news commentator on Sinclair TV. From Wiki:
The company is the largest television station operator in the United States by number of stations, and largest by total coverage; owning or operating a total of 193 stations across the country in over 100 markets (covering 40% of American households), many of which are located in the South and Midwest, and is the largest owner of stations affiliated with Fox and ABC.

Some people think the reason khashoggi was sawed into pieces is because he knew who in the Saudi royal family and upper society were involved in planning and supporting 9/11. He was as they say,‘outside the tent and pi$$ing inward’ at a time when the 9/11 survivor’s law suit appears to be finally going forward despite the best attempts of our government, the Saudis and of course Robert Mueller (back in the day) from keeping that from happening

He’s a proud Nazi. Fuck him. A patriot ought to do the right thing.

Seriously. A “Xtian” jihadi apologist, enabler, fellow-traveler, member, calling a murdered and dismembered journalist an "apologist for jihadist.

Find a new line of work, Seb.

Coming in 2021: Trump TV! Unless he winds up in an orange jumpsuit in a supermax – bet on it.

And thus, a tax-free entity and thus, subsidized by taxpayers.

In other words, a fuckton of subscribers, who pay what is in effect a tax, although not on income.

I will swallow my pride (ugh, that was a big lump) and admit I don’t get this. I know it’s not funny once you explain it, but pretty please?

If you want, you can hint.

For certain values of “subsidized,” maybe.

You can choose not to pay for cable TV. You have no such choice when it comes to your taxes.

N and then A and then Z and then I.

I understand the distinctions. Still looks like hair-splitting. It’s still one hell of a broad base of people whose money is going to the organization.

When I pay taxes and an organization has a special tax-exempt status, then yes, my taxes subsidize that organization’s activities.

Well, on that basis you can try informing C-SPAN that you have a right to determine who appears on their programs. Let me know what they say!

That’s by no means what I meant, any more than I have a right to direct the activities of any of the other thousands of tax-exempt entities out there. I’d appreciate if you’d discuss this without straw men and similar absurdities.

Quite frankly I don’t care, his writings and/or beliefs did not demand that he be murdered. Especially in the manner that was used to do the killing.

CIA warns Arab activist of potential threat from Saudi Arabia | CIA | The Guardian
The CIA has warned Norway that a prominent Arab activist who is living in the country under asylum protection is facing a potential threat from Saudi Arabia, the Guardian has learned.
The pro-democracy activist, Iyad el-Baghdadi, is a vocal critic of Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi crown prince.
El-Baghdadi was alerted to the threat on 25 April, when Norwegian authorities arrived at his doorstep, took him to a secure location, and warned him that he was in possible danger from an unspecified threat emanating from the kingdom.
The activist was told that the threat had been passed on to Norwegian authorities by a foreign intelligence agency, which the Guardian has confirmed was the CIA.

This is the very definition of defamation. Gorka can no longer be permitted to broadcast live. He requires a time delay and kill switch like most call in shows have now🙄
