I have to wonder if all the people who elected these Repuglicans to Congress, not to mention Drumpf and his gang of fools have one, two-part objective: "Reward the elites and screw everyone else!"

It’s like lawyers who use Esquire. Yes, technically we can, but it just isn’t done, in this country at least.

I’ve actually found Esq. after a name to be fairly common practice. Particularly in a company where there is only a handful. Actually, I think some state bar associations require it.

Nah, he KNOWS they’re trying to hide it. The problem he is expressing is that everyone sees it that way too, and it looks very bad.

This – again – is the typical concern troll kabuki dance that we get right up to the point where they go ahead and vote for it regardless. It’s a smokescreen to make the story about how this rep is “concerned about the optics” rather than THEY’RE DOING THIS IN SECRET BECAUSE IT’S ABOUT KILLING MEDICAID & MEDICARE & KICKING PEOPLE OFF INSURANCE ROLLS.

Their problem isn’t going to be writing the ads which, as you note, will be writing themselves. Their problem is going to be persuading Republican-owned outlets to run those ads. That problem is shaping up to be extraordinarily serious in some markets.

Sounds like king is finally but that education to work for him
