Susie, you organized with the Republicans and voted for McConnell. You are responsible for what your party does in your name. Quit the party and join the Democrats and you will be absolved. Otherwise, you are complicit. History will judge you poorly, along with all of your Republican buddies. You don’t get to play both sides on this one. You’re a Republican in an

She’ll talk the talk when it doesn’t count, but when it’s time to vote she’s a good Republican soldier. She shares responsibility with the rest of them.

Is she up for re-election this year?

Especially when they’re threatened with a sane electorate.

That would include our Senator Murkowski for sure. At first she was up for hearings then on the second day used the phony ā€œ80 year traditionā€ BS to justify changing to not even hearings. Now in the latest email she is spouting the phony ā€œBiden ruleā€ because the first excuse was so quickly proven wrong. ā€œModerateā€ is not the adjective that comes to mind when I think about Lisa Murkowski.

That’s funny how she had no problem siding with the rest of the GOP Senate to block everything Obama, but now come election time and she see’s that she may lose, she starts singing a different tune. Problem is Senator Collins is that tune is old and over played in which the voters are tuning your song and dance off.

So she admits she has almost no influence in the Republican Party. Maybe time to elect a Democrat who, working in the Democratic Party, could get more done.

Yes, jkrogman, but it’s too easy to take a stand when the other 53 GOP Senators want to block every candidate except those approved by the NRA. Easy when you are considered a ā€˜moderate’ Republican who wants Maine’s Democrats to help re-elect her.

Is she the good apple in the bunch of rotten ones? Nice of her to speak up, but what the hell does it matter? Until she actually does something to remove herself from the party’s actions, it’s all so much blather.
