Although the competition has been intense his self serving stupid pronouncement has quickly pulled him into the lead.

Mueller isn’t giving the Republican traitors in Congress sufficient opportunity to bury the evidence. Is that what you are complaining about Senator Johnson? We have elections in 2018. Another point: Mueller has revealed far more with his filing of charges than either committee. If the criterion is openness, Mueller is the one displaying it.
Ron Johnson is more comfortable with Devin Nunes protecting the integrity of the U.S. electoral system than Bob Mueller.

I suppose SSCI and HPSCI could ask SC Mueller to testify for the public (and Congressional) record once the investigations have been wrapped up and the empaneled grand juries dismissed.
