This is what confused me about KAC’s attack - in real terrorism cases the media coverage is nonstop. “If it bleeds, it leads,” especially when there’s a chance to stir up fear and dislike of teh brown. Yes, I’m looking at you Fox. A lot of the cases on the “underreported list” seemed more crimes of opportunity, attacks related to other crimes, or ridiculous lone wolf attacks. Those lone wolf attacks rarely have extensive coverage because the attacker turns out to have other problems, or there aren’t enough victims for the press to go full court on (mercenary as that sounds).
