@bluefalcon What’s incredible is the whole reason he’s sitting in Congress is Cantor had a deep, deep red district. So for him to be freaking out like this shows that a lot of other Reps with more equitable districts are in real danger.

If Brat leaves government he will accept money to lobby clients for contracts and other benefits to their corporations in dealings with the Federal government. He will be paid to get up in the grill of Congresspersons and plead his case.
I have insurance from my employer, but I feel the ACA is important policy. WTF would be wrong with me paying people to attend meetings with representatives and hector them to preserve it? SCOTUS has essentially ruled spending money is a form of free speech. Is Brat advocating limiting the speech of those supposedly paying people to attend his town halls?
