Actually, Republicans have admitted (in brief moments of candor), and courts have specifically found that these restrictions are direct attempts to make it harder for minorities and lower income people to vote.
Vote fraud deniers? Global Warming deniers deny all the evidence that the climate is changing and humans are the cause. They are denying something that is occurring. Same for other forms of denial.
You cannot deny something that is not happening at all or in such small numbers that it is having no impact.

you have a point. What I meant to say is that combatting climate change is not a defining issue for the Dems—at least as far as I can see.
But I am just casting seeds into a wind which is going the other way. Of course the GOP will not turn itself into a forward thinking party.
Agree. Mainstream Democrats have been timid about declaring their full-throated support for such things, because right-wingers insult them. It is a strange reaction to what amounts to bullying. The best way to stop a bully is to challenge them, because they are cowards.
