Discussion: GOP Lawmakers Condemn Trump's Nasty Comments About Women In Unison

"No woman should ever be described in these terms or talked about in this manner. Ever.

Now, don’t forget to vote!"

Getting it over with. Maybe trying to teach Donald by example. That’s definitely going to work.

“GOP Lawmakers Condemn Trump’s Nasty Comments About Women In Unison”

Don’t count Corey Lewandoski with those who are condemning the Velcro one.

“Donald Trump’s defenders are already desperately trying to create a false equivalency by claiming that Hillary Clinton does it too. She doesn’t do it. No normal human being with a shred of respect for others talks the way that Trump did on that tape.”

I can’t wait for Hill to bring this up in the next debate.

The GOP response. We condemn the comments but fully support the candidate.

Mark Kirk is dead candidate walking. He has nothing to lose…

IOKIYAR.

I think now that Trump is starting to slide, no one is going to go with the followup of “So are you still supporting a sexual predator for the highest office in the land?”

“Support the nominee” has taken on a whole new life.

Until just now, I didn’t think it was possible to literally shove your whole head up someone else’s ass. Corey Lewandowski just proved that it’s possible.

Somebody should install an air-tight condom on Lewandowski’s knob-shaped head…

In Josh’s editor blog, he says about all the statements GOP candidates are making about these awful statements of DT’s without actually recanting their support of his candidacy.

I will go on record as to saying that may be true today, but let’s see how things go by Monday. This is only starting to get legs. It will be toxic for some of these folks, with seats in jeopardy to hang with this fool for too long.

And as to Lewandowski and his false equivalence: we will all believe it when you produce a verified tape recording of same. Not before. So just drop it because you aren’t helping.

It’s like Borat pointing out his neighbor, “Urkin, the town rapist. Naughty, naughty!”

They can’t escape their party’s nominee. They had their chance, hell they’ve had several chances to distance themselves, correct TOG, and they did nothing. They gave what amounted to a sad sniff of displeasure. This needs to be hung around the neck of every Republican running for office male or female.

Mark KirK:

DJT is a malignant clown - unprepared and unfit to be president of the United States.

News for you Kirk: he was a malignant clown when you endorsed him.

Still a “net positve”, Kirk?

This is the biggest effect of Trump’s vid. It won’t change his base’s opinion much, but it will give a lot of ammunition to Ds running against any R who has endorsed Trump.

I’d hate to be Kelly Ayotte right now.

These lawmakers had better remember how unstable their candidate is. If they do start un-endorsing/un-supporting/un-whatevering him he could end up telling his ardent supporters to stay home on election day. After all, we all know it’s rigged. And that would save him the humiliation of a “real” defeat. So why not protest by boycotting the election?

Hannity:

“The Clinton people have walked squarely into a trap set by the Trump camp.”

O’Reilly:

“I think Clinton has created a real problem for herself by over-reacting to this.”

Krauthammer:

“This clearly solidifies Trump’s hold on the critical sexual-predator demographic.”

Oh, c’mon! O’Reilly would never pass up the chance to call HRC ‘hysterical’.
