Perhaps a more pertinent question is, why did we have a CIA outpost there in the first place?

But if security is now deemed to have been inadequate and you really want to know the root cause, it’s because Republicans insist on giving tax breaks and subsidies to billionaire tycoons and corporations-who-are-people, and their campaign donors have gutted our middle class by shipping jobs overseas and driving down wages and benefits. So, we can’t afford a pot to piss in. The whole damn country is falling down around our ears.

Republicans (and Democrats who act like them) have totally fucked up our priorities. Somehow I don’t think you’ll discover that in Clinton’s emails. So much for the quest for answers.

I’m still waiting for a clear explanation of why Bush’s’ supposed hunt for Bin Laden turned into the never ending Iraq war which is now the war against ISIL by another name.
Where are the WMD, hell for that matter, where is the oil. Bush failed 100% and the Middle East is a gigantic quagmire that Ben Ghazi was just a tiny fraction of. This is Bush’s Viet Nam.
Pulling just Ben Ghazi out of this mess while ignoring the real issues surrounding the worthless war is like blaming the flea for riding along on the dog. The flea isn’t the real problem! And even if it was, its the Republicans typical lack of funding that left this Embassy vulnerable, where is the outrage at that?

Ultimately, its Bush’s Ben Ghazi. He started this mess, fled without ending it and now all of the repercussions are fruit of the poison tree.
