Discussion: GOP Hopefuls Give NRA Event An Earful On Hillary Clinton

Discussion for article #235223

Hey you, John Ellis ā€œJebā€ [ā€œJuan Eliasā€] Bush, why not show us all what a manly manā€™s second penis manly man you are, as in packinā€™ a pistol or sport blastinā€™ a varmint or at least a clay target? Whatā€™s the problem, Heb? Did brother George get all the fire-arm jugglinā€™ talent in the family? You loathesome, soft, fat, 8 faced phony you.

So they are worried that Hillary wonā€™t give back all the guns that Obama took away? You know, now that itā€™s impossible to get guns in this country?

What neither John Ellis nor any of the other future losers mention is their fear of her winning in a walk, after they spent on all that perfectly good bribe money on trashing her. Today I putting Iā€™m Ready for HRC on the bumper, and it wonā€™t be the first Iā€™ve seen around town.

Oooo so close: worried that Hillary wonā€™t give back all the guns Obama didnā€™t take away. IMO that better captures the unreality of this nonsensical nutwing meme.

Things Iā€™m particularly looking forward to and why I expect to be supporting Hillary from announcement to election:

  1. I want to see what if any difference there will turn out to be between how Hillary has polled against any and all GOP hopeful[s] since 2013 and the margin by which sheā€™ll be elected.

  2. I want a front row seat and special rootinā€™ interest when the pervasive misogynist wing of the GOP blows a gasket over the reality of a Madame President Elect.

  3. I want to see the conservative reactionary online community turn hard against the likes of not just John Ellis, but Randy P, Ted Phonypants, that whole generation of soft pudgy noodle-headed richie rich little rich boys with massive daddy issues.

ā€œHillary Rodham Clinton will bring a permanent darkness of deceit and despair forced upon the American people to endure,ā€ LaPierre said.

Sounds like Hillary Clinton has the pants-wetting ammosexuals shivering in their boots. Nice.

Iā€™ve been looking forward to supporting HRC since I reluctantly, but now can say with no regrets, abandoned her for President Obama. Weā€™ve been a country for over 200 years and itā€™s about time a smart, capable woman takes the reins.

The future losers had best tread lightly when it comes to thrashing a woman. The radio party leaders will do that for them. It will not play even with their partyā€™s women. Also, I have a feeling that if Randal continues in the manner heā€™s shown so far, heā€™ll drop out. Not until after heā€™s collected a pot of money of course.

So now onto the guessing game of Veep.

Itā€™ll go to the only one who is actively campaigning for veep: Martin Oā€™Malley.

Donā€™t try to give me any ā€˜heā€™s running for POTUSā€™ grief. Oā€™Malleyā€™s a lot of things, ambitious, somewhat conniving (Heā€™s just not very good at it.), and more than a little craven; but heā€™s not a moron. He knows as well as anyone that the only thing standing between Hillary and the DNC nomination is her health. So, heā€™s saying things that ā€˜soundā€™, to people too dumb to find a voting poll, like heā€™s opposing her nomination, but both in technical construction and in tone his ā€˜oppositionā€™ is actually quite circumrespectful (<-- made up word that nonetheless delivers the mail, along with firewood AND milk).

I dunno; seems like LaPierre is being lazy.

HRC will be term-limited. For things to be ā€œpermanentā€, is she going to declare herself dictator for life? Is she so powerful she will change things irreversibly in her first term? Is the NRA too impotent to oppose her in office?

Second, ā€œdeceit and despairā€ is not specific, and could apply to just about any bogeyman. Heck, thatā€™s LaPierreā€™s play right here. (These loons sure are consistent with their projection.) With Obama, they played the race card and made up all that other bullshit.

The grifters at the top of the NRA just want money from the rubes and merchandising. Itā€™s not like they have to work hard. There are enough idiots to elect morons to prevent any sensible action on guns. But LaPierre should have the pride to actually put some effort into it. And none of that stale Whitewater crap.

Iā€™d like to see some ballsy talented Democratic operative splice and dice the GOP/NRA love-in into a 15 or 30 sec. campaign spots focusing on the gun loving, Clinton bashing, clowns who are dupes for gun manufactures juxtaposed against parents of kids killed by guns asking congress for reasonable legislation. The TV spots should not mention Clinton other than in the NBA clips and the goal should be to begin demonizing those NRA killers and their stupid, white, shit eating members. And when the mainstream press starts to tut, tut, the tone of the ads, they should double down and be even more provocative. Michael Bloombergā€™s $100,000,000 could help this along.

ā€œā€¦people who want to take the guns out of the hands of the good guysā€¦ā€

Unlike the NRA that wants to extend guns to the bad guys.

Self-serving merchants of death, everyone of them on stage!

We need to keep in mind that the last time a sitting Veep became pres after the pres was termed out was ghw bush, almost 30 years ago. So, whoever wants the nomination must also not really want to run for pres, a la Joe B, but someone whoā€™ll be her right-hand man, consigliere, etc. It probably canā€™t be a comer like one of the Castros because eight years is a long time to keep oneā€™s ambitions on ice.

P.S. I have a fondness for neologisms so I love what you made up.

Well, they seem to miss the point about the population that wandered through nashville under the guise of the NRA.
Depending on who you spoke to, it was either, god, guns and beer. Or guns, god and beer or beer, guns and god.
Then there are those fancy dressed ass kissers lying to get grifter money and your voteā€¦
Then there was those trying to make a living selling everything Rambo might need to make it through the weekend before the armed govā€™t drones come a knockin.
Oh and then there are those that are incredibly threatened about the idea of Hillary kicking all there asses and moving into the White House.
All in all, you would have to be there to beleive it. I was and am still shell shocked.
At least nobody got killed who was directly involved with this fiasco. In the suburbs, shootings everyday. News at 6 am to find out how many.

HRC had a concussion after a fall not too long ago, it affected her eyesight for a while (so we saw the Coke bottles glasses for a while), but she if she has ongoing health issues, Iā€™m not aware of them. This wonā€™t be the last time Iā€™ll say this: she will be the same age in 2016 as Saint Ronnie when he ran the first time and her life expectancy is far longer than his was. We know now he was experiencing the onset of dementia at that time, whereas she is as sharp as she has always been. The Rs and the fair weather supporters on our side need to tread lightly on this

Yes, I was being sarcastic. For all Obamaā€™s noise after Sandy Hook, I think the only gun law heā€™s signed was one that allowed us to bring guns into national parks. Unless I missed one.

The point is that panicking about Hillary continuing Obamaā€™s gun control policies is silly when Obama has yet to slap the gun out of even one hand. (Unless you want more gun control. Then panic might be worthwhile.)

How, exactly, is the ā€œpermanent darkness of deceit and despair forced upon the American peopleā€ any different than the previously predicted (hundreds of thousands of times) ā€œend of the worldā€ with 8 years of Barack Obama?

Or will the DOW reach $45,000, unemployment down to 2%, all troops out of all foreign countries, no wars, surplus budgets every year, peace deals with everyone (Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Texas, ā€¦) universal healthcare (medicare) for everyone, etc. - THOSE kinds ā€œpermanent darkness of deceit and despairā€??

Bring it on, beotch!!
