Don’t fret too much: Hispanic voters have a strong masochistic streak in addition to outright stupidity. Just ask the 23% of them who voted for the unfit, unqualified, incompetent scumbag under the impression It was going to make them rich.
that percentage is well on its way to single digits.
Now? They are just realizing this now?
“I could hear her shout
When she pushed me on out
She said row boy
Sink or Swim”
-Rockabilly song circa 1955
And well more half of whites that voted, pulled the lever for Trump. It you want to point a finger at an group of stupid outright racists your pointing in the wrong direction.
“If he continues with this behavior and this rhetoric, things could get worse.”
How dumb are you, Mr. Agulilar?
This is who Trump is. This is who Trump has always been and he has made no secret about it. In fact, he’s been beating us all over the head with his racism for decades.
So if you find your self in anyway surprised by any of this, that’s on you. You had fair warning.
Latino Partnership for Conservative Principles = Log Cabin Republicans
Clips of white nationalist racist Rep. Steve King (R-KKK) should be played on national TV across the country next year to tar the GOP with his views. It wouldn’t be inaccurate. King just says in plain words what these scum all convey in code words and dog whistles.
Hispanic voters showed up to vote in Nevada in 2016 because Harry Reid put together an effective state Democratic party organization. Other than California, in other states not so much. In 2006, Dems swept the House in a large part because DNC chief Howard Dean emphasized local organizing. Since then, the DNC has been pathetic.
On one side: Trump’s small, shrinking, getting old, dropping out, or getting addicted to opioids but energized white nationalist base. On the other: a growing Hispanic community energized by the openly racist stance of the Republican’ts, which is now poised to play an increasingly powerful role in national politics over the coming years.
Now, if we could address that 23%.
Since the entry is about Latino voters, no, I am not.
