Discussion: Gold Cards And Red Hats: A Trumpian Approach To Fundraising

So the question here is, whatā€™s his cut and what goes to the campaign? How much of hat sales, gold card ā€œmembership fees,ā€ etc., is he personally pocketing?

Thereā€™s a catch to some of these merchandizing claims. There is no evidence the board of directors exists. ā€œThe Art of the Dealā€ is still in print, available for $9.34 in paperback. And the new campaign edition of the book is signed by an autopen, not Trump, as noted in the solicitationā€™s fine print.

Hey APā€¦even the NYT is calling it what is is - a lie.

Not a ā€œcatchā€. Itā€™s a lie. Come on, I know you can say it.

I have yet to see anyone wearing or displaying the ā€˜fastest selling hat in America.ā€™ Do people actually wear them beyond a Trump rally? Heck his running mate is our Governorā€¦ Oh. That might be part of why folks donā€™t where them around here.

a grafter has to grift and a dupe is easily dupedā€¦for these clowns itā€™s not hard to get the bucks just spout off about how terrible they have it and that you will make it all betterā€¦
