Maybe they want to keep him in far away Washington, DC. ?
Keeps the sheep safe or whatever…
Maybe his district surrounds a toxic waste dump? Something in the air and / or water?
Louie doth project too much.
This man is a hemorrhoid in America’s butthole.
Rather the opposite, I should think. If the election of George W. Bush, Rick Perry, and Greg Abbot is any indication, the current philosophy in Texas is that they don’t want anyone smarter than they are in the government.
When Ayatollah Falwell suggested that “all good Christians” should oppose Sandra Day O’Connor’s appointment to the Supreme Court, Barry Goldwater gave a reply that applies to Goobert as well: “All good Christians should kick Falwell in the ass.”
His district is a toxic waste dump.
Is Gohmert the depth of the Christian Evangelical’s descent into hell, or can we expect them to descend even further?
This from the single most mentally impaired member of the entire United States Congress - if not the entire United States government.
Gohmert, like the majority of conservative movement con artists, considers the teachings of Jesus to be a joke, the punchline for a political lie.
Take back God. Vote Democratic.
Just remove the comma and it works:
Good Christians shouldn’t make fun of the “mentally impaired” Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX).
gohmert and his asparagus need to be taken to the nearest mental health facility to see exactly what the hell is wrong with this phuckin wackadoo
why would you want to put a poor nuclear weapon anywhere near these asshats it could spaw a whole new breed of idiots like this radioactive idiots even a new zombie race… dawn of the brain dead
Calling Louis Gohmert a motherfuckr is an INSULT to every other motherfucker.
Maybe that’s closer to the truth than you realize: he’s not a judge anymore.
But when he was - well, any one who has been listening to the second season of Truth and Justice podcast knows what I mean. Smith County has no issue with convicting men (and women) who are patently innocent of the crimes they are accused of committing. Alibis, other suspect’s confessions, even DNA exonerating the accused is no barrier to conviction.
It’s where the Kerry Max Cook case is if you’re familiar with that one. I was gobsmacked to find out - after months of outrage - that Gohmert was the judge in the Ed Ates case, a case which simply defies logic on so many fronts you would think that it could happen only in that county. A teenager with good prospects, eventually working and married while his case dragged on, with kids, a family who loves him, just living in the wrong place and an easy target - but of course it’s a commonplace story. Still, I heard Gohmert’s name as the judge and thought: that explains a lot.
The really scary thing about Smith County?
Louis Gohmert isn’t even the bad guy in that case, relatively speaking.
This guy is the epitome of mentally impaired!
Come on, I know good people who live there. Don’t throw out the baby with the bathwater.
That said, there is a lot of ugly there. A lot.
Seriously, y’all, what’s next? The projection is so thick that by the end of the campaign Trump will be joking about Clinton’s hair.
I’m thinking, I’m thinking…
No kidding. Classic Rovian projection, except that’s supposed to be more subtle, I think.
These accusations don’t say anything about Clinton, but they do say a lot about what Trump and his supporters are most afraid of.
