  1. Dallas TX privatize for profits hosp., did not follow protocol. Which mean hospital ADMIN./EXEC either IGNORED OR NEVER BOTHER TO PUT IN PLACE A EMERGENCY HAZ-MAT RESPONSE PROCEDURES. Gov. Rick Perry ignored emergency regulations & gave the green light to corps. free & fancy…
  2. CDC have to be asked to intervene by the Gov. Rick Perry, BY TEXAS LAW… But Perry was in Europe (UK) given speeches on sh^* he do not know. He left a message, He leaving the UK, he should be here today or tomorrow.
  3. CDC was assured by state, Exec/Admin hosp. that Texas was ‘FOLLOWING PROTOCOL’. THEY LIED…
