BUT…so is Rudy…

Rudy the fixer. Riiiiight. More Magical Thinking (and placating Trump for a couple of weeks.)

I’m sure it will work out exactly as you predict, Rudy. Even if, as you say, you don’t know yet what’s outstanding or the status of the investigation. But…

“A few weeks” could be interpreted as 9 to 11 more business days.

Just sayin’.

I think the plan is to strong arm Rosenstein if not fire him and threaten the Special Counsel. I think the plan includes the people at NYC FBI Office, even though Comey said last night that they had no role in his decision to announce the re-opening of the email investigation 10 days before the election.

“I’m going to ask Mueller, ‘What do you need to wrap it up?’”

A guilty plea to multiple counts of money laundering, total asset forfeiture, rescission of all EOs issued by DT, reenactment of all departmental regulations suspended or rescinded by DT administration, Gorsuch resignation, and DT resignation.

Should take as little as “a couple of weeks.”

When another month passes and the water has reached Trump’s chin this will be the sort of nonsensical braggadocio that he recalls promised him and leads to an explosion.

I was thinking, ‘this may be the thing that finally convinces Rudy he’s not as smart as he thinks he is.’ … Nah.

Wrap up as in Donald resigning?

Kimmel has some advice for Cohen too.

The full expression is “He is too stupid to pour piss out of a boot even if the instructions were written on the heel.” :grinning:

The headline is misleading. Giuliani doesn’t “think” Mueller probe could wrap up in a few weeks, he is saying that. The idea that we should take a single word uttered by anyone in the Trump orbit at face value or as expressing their actual beliefs is pretty dumb.

This is off topic - but read this a few minutes ago. Not much new - but such clarity on the extremity of Trump’s own proclivity to extreme and aggressive braggadocio that it’s worth the read.

Since when does he decide when the investigation is over?

This should go about as well as Rudy’s campaign for President.

To paraphrase Joe Biden, Rudy the Racist needs only words now to make a sentence: a noun and a verb and “no collusion.”

I’ve read that for lots of reasons, mostly about safety, real rich people don’t want people know know the extent or nature of their wealth. And they seldom seek the presidency of the United States of America, for the same reasons.

How did Giuliani’s butt buddy Bernie Kerik do in court?

But Giuliani was Trump’s cybersecurity advisor! Cybersecurity is an issue in the Russia probe! So Giuliani with his superior knowledge and wisdom gained from 9/11 can just explain to Mueller why no improper Russian hacking occurred and then Mueller will drop the investigation! Isn’t that how it’s supposed to work?

My first thought was that Ghouliani is telling Spankee that to string out his legal fees. Keep him on the hook until his money’s gone, then say I must have guessed wrong.

“I’m going to ask Mueller, ‘What do you need to wrap it up?’”

“Step into my office, Mr. Giuliani. I have a colleague here who would like to ask you about your links with FBI agents in the New York office.”

@judygran My oral hygienist would love a look at those lower teeth. It’s a wonder he didn’t spit his dentures out making that expression.

@jacksonhts That’s Ghouliani demonstrating how he’ll look when he grabs Spankee’s butt and kiss it.
