My first thought. She doesn’t need pneumonia. Let someone with one remaining geriatric parent assure you of that.
This popped up on Yahoo and I almost had a heart attack thinking something happened, then i realized well she just had Lung Suggery, it’s cold and will rain tomorrow, last thing she needs is pneumonia!

A month ago I had a right lobe taken out. I’m 70, 6’4" (and full of muscle 
and I’m still getting over it. Very painful for a week; I’m thinking that with her small frame it could have been tough getting between the ribs.
