He didn’t attack Russia so much as he taunted Putin, didn’t he?
At any rate, he governed like an arrogant twerp, who allowed himself to be pumped up by neocons and then to play a big role in waking up the Big Bad Bear. Putin wouldn’t be in Ukraine today if Saakashvili hadn’t dared Russia to invade Georgia.
