The only possible reason a Republican member of Congress would have for holding a town hall meeting would be to find out what their constituents think about the issues.
Given that there aren’t any Republicans in Congress who actually give a damn about what their constituents think about anything, I can’t see a reason for any of them to schedule such a meeting.

I’s so sick of these people. Here’s some quick boilerplate if you want to fax it to them. They are already running scared. I see no reason not to turn up the heat.
Dear Hero:
You have failed to hold Town Hall meetings to hear your constituents’ concerns. Evidently this is due to your well-founded fear that your constituents may be unhappy with you, your recent voting record, and your callous disregard for the citizens whom you were elected to represent.
While we, the voters, are sensitive to your constant need for positive, nurturing reinforcement as well as your on-going need for financial support. Please don’t expect any of those things in the future from me or the legions of angry citizens you’ve fostered until you commit yourself to doing the job to which you were elected.
As you may or may not be aware, Gabby Giffords was shot in the head on a Saturday while meeting with her constituents. By Monday morning her offices were again open to the public.
She was and is the very representation of true courage, one that you could well take a lesson from.
Should you fail to heed her lessons and continue to cowardly hide from your constituents you may rest assured: This is your LAST TERM in office.
In closing, SHAME ON YOU. You have an obligation as an elected representative to DO YOUR JOB. Either DO IT OR GET OUT!
