Depends. Are we talking about grizzlies, or Andrew Sullivan?
I was born and raised a catholic but left the church at age 18 and never looked back. I am a proud atheist but I do love this Pope also.
AHHHHH Heās a Kenyan-Muslim-Communist-Facist-Papist!!
Well the rest of my family are catholics and a few are the latin mass going rosary praying types AND REPUBLICANS. And at first they loved him and now he is becoming persona non grata because of his LIBTARD leanings.
FOX Headline: Obama, Pope Francis (D-Godless Europe) ā the new Axis of Evil?
Iām daily-āall-sorts of massā-going rosary sayinā, fish on Friday kinda guy and I love the pope to bits.
All Christians are literalists about something. Itās easy to be a literalist about Jesus loving me and mine. No sweat. But very few are literalists about loving your enemies. Pope Francis is a nice challenge and a great model for me on that one.
Um. Ted Cruz comes to mind.

In just a few months, heās already well into the top 10% of the āBest Popes Everā charts.
You can blame Canada for arctic blasts, hockey fights, fat-boy comedians and Tim Horton 's donuts. Even the keystone pipeline. But not Cruz. His ideas are 100% Texan and 0% Canuck.
Having been the de facto ninth kid in my (high school) best friendās giant-and-loving Catholic familyā
my observations are that this is a faith where confliction is seemingly inherent.
Odd then to me-- that political ideology can be a litmus for the devout.
Though you do seem sane chammy!

Canadians donāt seem to yearn for the spotlight like some other members of this continent.
METHodists are Baptists who learned how to readā¦

When Pope Francis was chosen, no one should have been surprised by his views or his approach. What most folks miss is that he is a Jesuit. Those men have the ability to drive anyone who doesnāt understand that order crazy. They are the strongest believers in intellectual honesty and a better world for everyone ā not just the selected few. It is little wonder that he is first Jesuit to ever become Pope. Tells you just how much the Catholic Churchās leaders thought they had to do something to save the church. Hopefully, others will take notice how to achieve change.
Is the Pope Canadian?
Sullivan can damn well buy his own Depends.
