Hannity is full of s**t. He knows that were he to file any sort of legal action, he opens himself up to depositions, other witnesses, impeachment of his testimony etc.

While he is stupid and dishonest, I suspect any attorney he speaks to will tell him the same thing - are you really ready to open that door?
