Few of us would be alive today-- without the faculty of knowing where not to be-- and when.

Dana Pirro is a complete buffoon. Dana couldn’t locate Portugal on a world map and she thinks Singapore is part of the Philippines.

Dana Pirro = Republican = ignorance.
Fox news has no credibility.

this clown also blamed the OK City bombing on Arabs, and the first WTC bombing on Serbs. He’s nearly Kristolian in his ability to be wrong.

Must be part of that conservative lizard brain/fear response effect. Many conservatives I’ve talked to seem to keep a mental list of to-be-avoided-at-all-costs places, usually based on heard anecdotes about someone’s bad experience that one time, etc, etc.

After how many days???

Wait. Fox Not the News issued a correction?

But I thought only professional reporters did that.

Might that be Dana Perino? She’s a dim bulb and definitely fits the description in your post.

Of course, Foxes even more widely mocked - especially in France - claims about Paris’ “no-go areas”, will remain unchallenged on the coward network.

The guy said the entire population of Birmingham was Muslim. I would say that’s more than “wildly inaccurate”.

So, does it really take full on mockery from no less a personage than PM David Cameron to get Fox News to acknowledge one of the plethora of errors they commonly make?

Maybe Rupert Murdoch actually cares about the credibility of his news shows. Wouldn’t that be something?

Or maybe one of his wise guy top executives thought it would be cute to put an idiotic claim on the air so that Fox News could look good correcting the gross mischaracterization. Now why would I even suggest such a thing?

Well, there are all those other corrections Fox News needs to make (along with Murdoch’s other news outlets). Today, the second or third major scientific group that studies global temperatures declared that 2014 was indeed the hottest year on record. Will Rupert Murdoch keep catering to his wealthy friends in the fossil fuel industries, or will he suggest to Roger Ailes that some of Fox’s professional creative writers need to clean up their act and admit the reality of global warming? And the reality of dealing with it by reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

The strange part is that when he personally apologized, he cited the idea that he’d gotten some bad information and failed to properly vet it. Where, exactly, does information this bad actually come from? I can’t imagine any remotely reputable source telling him that. Heck, we know it must be majorly bogus when even Fox is going to admit it’s wrong.

An apology will never happen. If only Ruperts citizenship could be revoked, and Cheney could be tried for this crime.

Of course this guy is an idiot, only an idiot would go on her show, and I wouldn’t hold my breath for the apology unless it one of the "some people might be offended etc. etc.

if clusterfaux were to get rid of everyone that did this exact thing they not only wouldnt have any so called experts on anymore but 99% of there anchors and hate and fearmonger cast of idgits would be gone as well

east lansing. you are right. the sad thing is that if cable had a fox corrections channel, it would be watched by zero loyal fox viewers. they don’t give a fuck. they just want to be told what they want to hear.

“Our experts are usually only 90% wrong, in this case he was 100% wrong, we apologize”.
