They are so invested in thier political prejudice, they now live in total falsehood mode. And for once I think they actually believe their own lies, which makes this all the more disconcerting.
When all you have left is the lies you believe, the future offers only disappointment. But for now, they enable one another to perpetuate their falsehoods, and the results will be devastating when they have to face the truth.
