Discussion: Fox News Host: Hannity, Limbaugh, Coulter Are Running The Government

I too had a friend who would exclaim gosh damn it when provoked. I found the perfect refrigerator magnet for him one day by chance: Heck is for people who don’t believe in Gosh!

If America was really great, Rove would be unemployable and nobody would put him on television.

To be fair, neither does anyone in the White House. Or elsewhere in the executive branch.

I’ve been saying this for years - Fox isn’t “state-run” media. Trump and the GOTPers are media-run government.

I wouldn’t call Williams a liberal. He’s been a toady for his employer on and off for years. He’s more a “hack” rather than someone on a political spectrum.Still, it;'s significant that a hack is willing to say this.

Someone on Lawrence McDonnell last night suggested that one of these three should just deliver the SOTU address and be done with it.

Rove: This isn’t about handing the government over to a hostile power - this is about maintaining tax cuts for the 1% you idiot. You think I"m going back to breakfasting on canned baby hearts? No way.

The number of child bear deaths in school that goes un-reported by the liberal media is shocking.

But it’s like Woody Allen wanting to be Bergman. I crave to be recognized for things that aren’t necessarily signature strengths.

On Daily Kos, someone pointed out that there is a 1970 treaty between the US and Mexico that bans building any permanent structures in the flood plain of the Rio Grande. That means that a fence on the US side might have to be up to a mile and a half from the river on US territory. I wonder how Texas and, in particular, Texans along the border are going to feel about effectively ceding something on the order of 1000 square miles to Mexico? In theory, they still own the land - but access (including for emergency vehicles) would be through pretty unreliable locked gates, there’s that 150 foot access zone on either side, and banks won’t loan you money based on the value of your property if you are on the “wrong” side of the fence.

So Fox is telling the zombie audience that Trump is not running things, some of their favorite conspiracy theorists are really running things.

And, do you think they will see a problem with that?

Dios mio. ¡Juan ha descubrió el pastel! Ups.

Translation: My God. Juan has discovered the cake [let the cat out of the bag]! Oops.

Did you know there is a song, “Big Rio Grande River “? It’s by the Austin Lounge Lizards, and pretty funny.

And a damn fine job of it they’re doing too.

Could Rove explain what would be found in “the goddang bill” that illuminates the effectiveness of the wall?
