Now I admit I had originally read the article on Don Lemon incorrectly, and soon after admitted as such, taking offense essentially at my own original comment, but this fucking tops the cake. I read this one clearly. Why do we give these nimrods any attention? If we want to shine a spotlight on how ignorant they are, canât this be done in the opinion section too.
Wouldnât it be more click-worthy and relevant today to write a piece on the fucking freezing weather outside? I know its not political, but just about most of the country is fucking cold and grumpy today. In a couple of hours I can look forward to white-outs, 50+ mph winds, and up to 12 inches of that white stuff by tomorrow, and thatâs not including the drifts. I think an article on the shitty weather would get more people focused on what going on in this country than these dimwits.

The scary thing is, I could easily see someone like Henry Rollins making that same commentary on this side of the water and it would be just as completely true.

UhmâŚthis is a political blog. The whole place is the opinion section. And look, itâd be one thing if TPM were highlighting nobodies that could use this platform to reach people with a real message. But Fox News is bigger and more influential than TPM. Weâre not making them famous by reading about their idiocy.
Moreover, Republican pundits would like nothing better than to be able to speak directly to their base without us listening in. Thatâs why Limbaugh was more offensive before the internet came along to record everything he said. Shining a light on what theyâre saying only helps us.

Well, sometimes they are dressed in faux-military garb, wearing ski masks, and carrying assault weapons in a residential/commecial neighborhood. In this case, they were pretty easy to spot.

I was so appalled at her blatant racism that I missed that one completely.
Either the author failed to supply the (sic) next to that word if it came out of her whining piehole, or the writer needs to sit down and read the dictionary from first page to last.
FOX News needs to drop all the pretense and put on the Swastika armbands already (and the White Hoods, at least so I donât have to look at OâReilly and Hannity anymore.).
