My first reaction as well.
FOX is pure emotion-charged entertainment, often bordering on satire to the intelligent watcher. It reads like this segment was one of the fantasy segments, like Coulter often does: an obviously way-out-there set-up to make future commenters sound within the realm of possibility. It helps move the needle by being outside the furthest outlier.
